The location was convenient for exploring the city. it was easy to get to various attractions. the room was modern and comfortable. I especially liked the air conditioning.
the hotel seemed outdated, with furniture that looked old. i could hear noises from other rooms, so there wasn't much privacy.

The location is ideal. I found the hotel close to major attractions. The main train station is within walking distance. The hotel room had sliding doors separating the bathroom. There were Clarins products in the shower room for use.
The lack of dedicated concierge services was a minor inconvenience.

The room featured a Nespresso coffee machine. There were water and snacks that staff regularly replenished. A view of the skyline and the Alps came from the fifth floor bedroom, WHAT a view.

The front desk staff was superb and addressed my concerns quickly. Staff helped me with my travel plans. They accommodated keeping my luggage discreetly before my train ride. The staff loaned us an adaptor.

the location is acceptable, near bus and train stations.
My room faced a street that seemed unsafe at night. i also found the breakfast buffet lacking. Food was not replenished quickly enough. there wasn't much staff available to help.
